2Unstoppable Strong Progressive Exercise Program

April 2024 Sessions

10-week program for women who are within 1 years of active treatment  (program FULL- please apply to join the waitlist)

April 23 – June 25 
Tuesdays 6:15pm – 7:15pm EST

10-week program for women who are 1-5 years post treatment (program FULL- please apply to join the waitlist)

April 16 – June 18 
Tuesdays 6:00pm – 7:00pm EST

6 week program for women living with metastatic cancer (program FULL – please apply to join the waitlist)

April 16 – May 21 
Tuesdays 10:00am – 11:00am EST

Taught by a Cancer Exercise Specialist, the weekly class has been carefully designed for women and will address individual needs in a fun, creative and supportive group environment. Work on flexibility, mobility and strength in this progressive exercise class.  Increase energy, feel stronger, and function better in your daily movements by joining the 2UStrong Program!

  • Program limited to 6-10 participants.
  • Group meets once a week live over Zoom.
  • Participants are paired with a buddy for added support and motivation.
  • All classes are led by a Cancer Exercise Specialist.
